Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services. 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Registration & Verification: Name, email address, phone number, postal address, username and password, KYC/AML documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of residence).

  • Wallet & Transaction Data: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses you connect to the Platform; on-chain transaction history (senders’ and recipients’ addresses, amounts, timestamps); support inquiries and responses.

  • Profile & Preferences: Currency or fiat preferences; communication and marketing preferences.

All fields are mandatory unless explicitly noted at the point of collection. Failing to provide required Personal Data may prevent you from using certain features of the Platform.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address; browser type and version; operating system; device identifiers (e.g., IMEI); browser plug-ins; time zone; language settings; pages/features viewed; referring URLs; interaction timestamps; approximate geolocation based on IP.

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to gather usage statistics, authenticate sessions, and personalize your experience. (See Section 5 below.)

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Public Sources: On-chain transaction details visible on public blockchains; blockchain analytics providers (where permitted).

  • Affiliates & Service Providers: KYC/AML vendors, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), hosting providers, and security monitoring services.

We do not combine or link data from Cookies with third-party data for targeted advertising or share data with data brokers.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

3.1 Categories of Cookies

  • Strictly Necessary: Essential for core site functionality (e.g., authentication tokens, session IDs).

  • Functionality: Remember your preferences (language, display settings) and keep you signed in between visits.

5. Data Retention

  • KYC/AML Records: Minimum five (5) years after account closure (or as required by regulation).

  • Cookies & Analytics Data: Up to twenty-four (24) months unless longer retention is required by law.

Once the retention period expires, we either delete your Personal Data or anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you.


6. Blockchain Transactions & Public Ledgers

Transactions performed on the Platform are recorded on public blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Solana). Public blockchains cannot be altered. Therefore:

  • Any wallet address you connect—and the associated transaction history—may be publicly visible.

  • Although Tradersdex does not control or modify blockchain data, your on-chain activity could be linked to you if combined with other Personal Data.


7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data, including:

  • Encryption: TLS/SSL for data in transit; encrypted databases.

  • Access Controls: Role-based access, multi-factor authentication for internal systems.

  • Regular Audits: Security reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.

However, no system is fully secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data. Transmission of data over the Internet is at your own risk.


8. International Data Transfers

Tradersdex operates globally and may transfer your Personal Data to countries with different data protection laws. We rely on lawful transfer mechanisms, including:

10. Minors

Our Services are not directed to—or intended for—anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected a minor’s data, please contact business@tradersdex.com.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our services evolve, laws change, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Policy on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date.
