7. Blockchain Transactions & Public Ledgers
Transactions performed on the Platform are recorded on public blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, etc.). Public blockchains cannot be altered. Therefore:
Any wallet address you connect—and the associated transaction history—may be publicly visible
Although Tradersdex does not control or modify blockchain data, your on-chain activity could be linked to you if combined with other Personal Data
Smart contract interactions, including fee payments and affiliate commission distributions, are permanently recorded on-chain
7.1 User-Generated Content on IPFS
When you upload images, videos, or other content to our Services via IPFS or similar decentralized storage systems:
Permanent Public Storage: Content uploaded to IPFS is stored on a decentralized network and may be permanently accessible to anyone with the content identifier (CID), even after you delete your account or stop using our Services.
No Control Over Distribution: Once published to IPFS, Tradersdex cannot delete, modify, or control your content. It may be replicated across multiple nodes globally and accessed through any IPFS gateway.
Metadata Collection: We may collect metadata about your uploads (file size, upload timestamp, CID, your wallet address) for operational purposes, but we do not scan or analyze the content itself.
Privacy Considerations: Do not upload content containing personal information, sensitive data, or anything you wish to keep private. Assume all IPFS uploads are public and permanent.
Content Identification: Your uploaded content may be associated with your wallet address on public blockchains, potentially linking it to your identity if combined with other data.
Third-Party Access: Anyone can access IPFS content directly through IPFS gateways or nodes without using our Platform, beyond our visibility or control.
We strongly recommend you carefully consider what you upload to IPFS, as it may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data, including:
Encryption: TLS/SSL for data in transit; encrypted databases and secure key management.
Access Controls: Role-based access, multi-factor authentication for internal systems, and regular access reviews.
