Points
The Points page gamifies your activity on Tradersdex by awarding bonus points for key actions, such as swapping tokens, launching new coins, or referring friends. Points accumulate in real time, and you can watch your rank on the Leaderboard alongside other users. As you climb, you become eligible for tiered rewards (e.g., exclusive SOL airdrops, or swap-fee reductions).
At a glance, you’ll see:
Total Points Header: Displays your current point balance at the top.
Your Activity Table: A running log of your date-stamped actions and the points you earned for each.
Leaderboard Table: Shows the top 15 addresses ranked by weekly points and total points, plus the reward tier (“TBD” until announced).
Below, each feature is broken out into individual sections.
1. Total Points Header
At the very top of the page, just under the site header, you’ll find:
Page Title & Subtitle:
“BONUS POINTS” clearly indicates that this page is where you track your accumulated points.
The subtitle (“Your Tradersdex points in real time.”) reminds you that each action—once confirmed on-chain—instantly adds to your tally.
Total Points Display:
Shows your current points across all activities (e.g., “Total Points: 0” if you have no activity yet).
Updates immediately when you perform a point-earning action (e.g., swapping a token grants 50 points → “Total Points: 50”).
2. “Your Activity” Table
Directly below the header is a table labeled “YOUR ACTIVITY”. This is where all your point-earning events appear in chronological order. It has four columns: Date, Action, Earned Points, and Transaction.
2.1 Column: Date
Displays the UTC date on which you performed the activity (e.g., “2025-05-14,” “2025-05-13,” “2025-05-12”).
Sorted in descending order (most recent activity at the top).
2.2 Column: Action
Indicates the type of action that triggered the point award. Common examples include:
Swap Token (you performed a token swap via the Swap page)
Launch Token (you minted a new token on the Launch page)
Each action type has a consistent description so you immediately know what you did to earn the points.
2.3 Column: Earned Points
Shows exactly how many points you received for that action (e.g., “50,” “30,” “100”).
Swap Token: (depending on volume or frequency).
Launch Token: 100 points (one-time bonus for token creators).
Points values are specified in an internal table (not shown to the user) and may change if we run special promotions, but the Earned Points column reflects real-time values.
2.4 Column: Transaction
A “TX” link for each row that, when clicked, opens your blockchain explorer (e.g., Solana Explorer) to the exact transaction signature where you performed that action.
Visual Cue: Each TX is a small, underlined hyperlink—clicking it spawns a new tab so you can verify on-chain details (e.g., the exact swap signature or mint signature).
3. “Leaderboard” Table
To the right of the “Your Activity” table is a parallel panel labeled “LEADERBOARD”. This is where you can see how you stack up against other Tradersdex users. It features four columns: Address, Weekly Points, Total Points, and Reward.
4.1 Column: Address
Displays the top-ranked wallet addresses, truncated to the first four and last four characters (e.g., “A1B2…A1B2”).
Each address is color-coded for better readability; each row’s hex color appears in the address text itself.
Clicking any address is not currently interactive, but future updates may allow you to view that user’s public stats or send them a tip.
3.2 Column: Weekly Points
Shows how many points each address has earned in the current weekly cycle (e.g., “250,” “120,” “95”).
The leaderboard resets weekly, encouraging ongoing engagement: new actions in the next week bump you up in real time.
3.3 Column: Total Points
Sums all historical points that address has ever earned on Tradersdex (e.g., “1,500,” “1,100,” “980”).
This number never resets—reflects lifetime achievement.
Addresses with higher total points may unlock special VIP privileges (e.g., lower swap fees), though those announcements are made separately.
3.4 Column: Reward
Displays the current reward tier or amount associated with that position—but initially shows “TBD” until we finalize weekly prizes.
Once the weekly prizes are locked in, we’ll replace “TBD” with a clickable link to claim or view the reward.
3.5 Row Order & Pagination
Sorted by Weekly Points Descending: The highest weekly points appear at the very top.
Ties: If two addresses share the same Weekly Points, the one with the higher Total Points ranks higher.
Top 15 Displayed: Only the first 15 addresses show on the main page. If more users are eligible, we may add pagination or a “See All” toggle in a future update.
4. How to Earn Points
Below are some common ways you can accrue bonus points—list these as a reference (not visually on the page, but conceptually important):
Swap Token:
Each successful swap on our Swap page earns depending on volume or frequency
Launch Token
Creating a new SPL token via our Launch page awards a one-time point bonus.
(These examples illustrate common point-earning actions; actual values and mechanics may evolve with new promotions.)
5. Real-Time Updates & Auto-Refresh
Immediate Point Calculation: As soon as your on-chain transaction confirms, whether it's a swap, launch, or liquidity add, your "Total Points" and "Your Activity" table update (usually within 10–15 seconds).
Leaderboard Refresh: The Leaderboard fetches point tallies every minute to reflect changes in everyone's weekly activity.
Manual Refresh: If you believe your new points haven't appeared, simply navigate away and return to the Points page, or click the wallet icon in the header to force a reconnect.
6. Rewards & Point Redemption
Below your activity tracking, you'll find the Rewards Panel—where accumulated points unlock tangible benefits. This system lets you redeem points for perks like reduced trading fees, exclusive access, and special bonuses.
6.1 Rewards Table Overview
The Rewards table displays available benefits in a clean, horizontal layout with five columns:
Column: Active
Visual indicator showing the reward's status:
Green dot: Reward is active and currently applied to your account
Red dot: Reward is available for redemption right now
Greyed out: Reward is unavailable—either not yet launched or conflicts with an active reward (e.g., you cannot activate both 24H and 7D fee reductions simultaneously)
Column: Time Left
Displays the remaining time window for limited-duration rewards
Shows "Not Active" for rewards that haven't been activated yet
Once active, displays countdown timers (e.g., "23h 45m remaining")
Column: Reward
Primary Title: The benefit name (e.g., "24H Fee Reduction," "7D Fee Reduction")
Secondary Description: Details about the perk, such as:
"Reduce trading fees by 25% for 24 hours"
"Reduce trading fees by 25% for 7 days"
"More rewards coming soon"
Column: Cost
Shows point cost for each reward
Currently displays "TBD" (To Be Determined) until pricing is finalized
Future examples might include: "500 Points," "1,000 Points," "2,500 Points"
Column: Action
Contains redemption buttons for each reward
Shows "Coming Soon" for rewards still in development
Once active, displays clickable buttons like "Redeem Now" or "Claim Reward"
6.2 How Point Redemption Works
Step 1: Accumulate Points
Earn points through swaps, launches, referrals, and milestone achievements (see Section 4)
Track your balance in the "Total Points" header
Step 2: Choose Your Reward
Browse available rewards in the Rewards table
Green indicator: Reward is active and currently applied to your account
Red indicator: Reward is available for redemption right now
Greyed out: Reward is unavailable—either not yet launched or conflicts with an active reward (e.g., you cannot activate both 24H and 7D fee reductions simultaneously)
Compare time duration vs. point cost to maximize value
Step 3: Redeem
Click the action button for your chosen reward (once "Coming Soon" changes to "Redeem")
Confirm the transaction—points are deducted immediately
Your benefit activates instantly, and the indicator turns green
Conflicting rewards automatically grey out while your chosen reward is active
Step 4: Track Active Benefits
Active rewards (green indicator) display in the "Time Left" column with a live countdown
Only one fee reduction reward can be active at a time—choose wisely based on your trading frequency
Once expired, the indicator returns to red, and you can redeem any available reward again
6.3 Planned Reward Types
While fee reductions are the initial focus, future rewards may include:
Priority Access: Early entry to new token launches or exclusive swap pairs
Airdrops: Bonus SOL or partner token distributions for top-tier point holders
NFT Rewards: Limited-edition collectibles for milestone achievements
Referral Bonuses: Boosted point multipliers when you invite friends
VIP Features: Access to advanced analytics, charts, or trading tools
6.4 Important Notes
Non-Refundable: Once redeemed, points cannot be returned or exchanged
Expiration: Some rewards have activation windows—redeem before the offer expires
Mutual Exclusivity: Fee reduction rewards cannot be stacked—only one can be active at a time
Updates: New rewards are added regularly—check back weekly for fresh opportunities
The Points page transforms passive trading into an actively rewarded experience, incentivizing every swap, launch, and referral with tangible benefits while fostering competitive engagement through real-time leaderboards, turning routine transactions into a gamified progression system where your activity directly unlocks measurable value.
